The mailing list is the place for open discussion about all-things related to itools. If you have a question about itools, want to propose something or to make a comment: the best way is to drop an email to the mailing list (itools-subscribe@hforge.org).

If you find a bug, please take the time to fill a bug report, follow the procedure below:
Find out whether the bug has already been reported. Use the search interface of bugzilla.
If you find the bug has already been reported, add a comment to the discussion thread.
If the bug has not yet been reported, please fill a bug report.
To ask for an enhancement, like a new feature or a change to the API, please use the procedure below:
If the change is clear in your mind, and you think it does not needs broad discussion, just open a new issue in bugzilla.
If you think the new feature or change to the programming interface would benefit from a broad discussion, send first an email to the mailing list (see below).
Once the issue has been discussed, if it has been decided to go ahead, open a new issue in the tracker with the details.
