The web site http://www.hforge.org/itools/ is the main window to the outside world. Some things you can do from the web site are:

The mailing list is the place for open discussion about all-things related to itools. If you have a question about itools, want to propose something or to make a comment: the best way is to drop an email to the mailing list (itools-subscribe@hforge.org).
